How do I buy windows 7 ultimate product key 64 bit?

I've looked ALL over the Microsoft site, and have actually found a different website for downloading the software itself, but I haven't found a single "legitimate" source for purchasing the Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit Product key... Any ideas?(Sorry if this is not the right forum for this)
