How hot will this thing get?

Have been looking at the AMD Athlon 64 4000+ chips and im very tempted so im trying to get as much info on them.
Does anyone know how hot these get on average and if so can anyone recommend a cooling method other than water cooling.

At a average on air cooling, your looking at about 30C-35C on Idle, and under 45C on Load (varies on cooling type, motherbooard choice and environmental changes)!
