How long will it take a newbie like me to put this together?

The only visible wires i have in my case, are the 20 ATX Cable / 4 ATX Cable from PSU, fan wires and IDE cables. but i have a constant 19-25C case temp so im not bothered.
 
nice temps procalx. I didnt necessarily wire my system so neatly for temps, although it is a major plus, I wired it for a clean, simple look. :)
