I jus installed IE7 beta 2 and it had giving me errors on a restart saying that normaliz.dll was missing so nothing would open at all, would just be my background and thats it no explorer at all so i went through the stress of looking on the net for help found it but woah that was so confusing and complex and managed it in the end :D...........

Whats annoying about it is, i dont even use IE7 and its nothing great either grrrrr lol  :chk:

SF is only for Linux because SF is too stable for Win[ot]Win would die because SF is too stable, Win wouldn't know what to do with such a stable program, SF is FF (but for Linux)[/ot]

:uugly: As everybody knows that Windows is not good so needed more attention while making Internet Softwares.... like FF... Linux is already a secured OS so there is not much efforts required....like SF :p

    [ot]Did u novice my mood todae[/ot]

    OK, just a few points...

    1. Swiftfox is just an architecture-optimized version of Firefox built for Linux. So it is only a less generically built version of Firefox, nothing more. Understand this point: Swiftfox is Firefox.
    2. IE7 is just IE6 with tabs and a few minor features tacked onto it. It's actually quite annoying to use, since it nags you all the time. Plus, most of the vulnerabilities from IE6 are still there, they just haven't been acknowledged yet.
    3. Beta 2 is a very old version of IE7; it went gold like a month ago. If you're going to use IE at all (I don't recommend it), why not at least use a non-beta version?

Yes, less generic. So it's not one-size-fits all, you have to download the version built for your CPU specifically. But it runs much faster than the vanilla builds of Firefox from Mozilla.org. So, if you're having a war about this point, I think you're on the losing end Karanislove. :p

sorry, i've just seen the posts AT made, i've always thought generic meant universal (will work with most things, obviously Win stuff)
