Instructions to make a hyperlink ?

I would like to link another forum to my forum with a hyperlink.

I have no idea how to do this. I have googled for instructions but nothing seems to work.

Please can anybody tell me where I can find simple step by step instructions ?

select the word to be made into a hyperlink, then click
insertlinkyo0.png
and paste the hyperlink then obviously press ok

Edit: obviously while posting a new thread or replying to a post

Edit: the complicated way is to enter the bbcode manually, look here
 
i've attached a text document with the example

this is how it works, URL="<destination site>"/, URL=" has an opening square bracket in front of it and close the square bracket after the /" then add your text and finish off with /URL surrounded by square brackets

sorry for the bad explanation, i just do it without thinking about it

it's hard to explain, as those URL tags work in these forums, thats why i attached the text file

BTW: there are a lot of other things you can do the same way

BTW: the text can be upper or lower case, it doesn't matter
