INTEL 810 on TV problem

I connected my pc with a S-VHS cable on my television. It all goes well i even see a clear and sharp screen on my TV. But this is the probem. The desktop i see on my tv is out off screen. I wanted to change the screen position but it doesn't seem to be available in windows ME or on my television. Does anyone know this problem please need some help here. So is there software available to change your screen position in windows.

I don't got it in my display properties. Or did i do something wrong don't think so...

I think you will need a program to do this.
Try..... I cant remember what its called!!
You can save all your settings for each monitor or tv so its not a trial everytime you wanna change screens.
Im sorry, ill have to come bac and post the name of it. I just cant remember!
