I've posted this elsewhere, but I'm hoping for a better result here:
I installed an Asus Prime B250M-A motherboard into an old case with a 450W power supply and added an Intel Pentium G4560. For some reason I can't get power to the hard disks or external peripherals. However, the optical drive is powered.
I've tried a brand new PSU, so that's not the cause, then I pulled the CPU. As far as I can tell, there's no damage to the pins, but it's hard to tell.

Do these look okay? Any help would be appreciated.
