laptop speakers help needed

Hi all, I got a laptop with mic in and headphones in, nothing else. And the speakers I want to set up at 5.1 channel, has three leads, front in, rear in and centre/sub. only two speakers work. how can i go about getting them all to work? do i need some kind of adapter?

laptop is hp530

Conexant CX20549 audio says it supports 5.1
