lees xp problem

i am running windows xp but for sum reason i can not use remote assistance i spoke to a shop and they said will cost me 45 pound to get it looked at and to be honest i cant afford it does any one have any ideas how to sort this problem if so please could you help me . i also have another problem and that is everytime i start up my computer my documents automatically loads up the person in the shop said all my problems are to do with my regestry . do any know how to help me if so please let me knwo what i should do apart from beating my compuet up lol. lee
 
It sounds weired but you need to have the most upto date version of windows messenger, try it then... Let me know how it goes!
 
i have the upto date windows messenger and it still dont work when i spoke to the shope they said its in my system settings and so i need to get sum 1 who knows about it to do it just wondering if their is any way if doing it
 
thing is i dont know what im lookking for so thass kinda why im here to ask for assistance if i can sort my problem out with the remote assistance my friend can then take full control of my computer and sort out my other problem
