The guy doing that in the video? Benny Hinn---a charlatan in the guise of a preacher. He's a total quack...I think Comedy Central has something called 'Godstuff' which has a lot of clips with him in it, among other bozos like him.
 
It is full of shit but quirckly enough, reminds me of the famous, Bruce Lee's 1" punch video... coincidence????
