Looking for highly regarded fully enclosed headset

I am looking for some directiong. I want a good headset that isnt over $100 with good mic, easy setup, and 5.1. It must be the enclose ear type (like a pair of shooting ear muffs). I want a pair that keep out as well as keep sound in. Any advice would be helpful. Feel free to send the links to newegg or wherever.

Since there's no other replies to the post, I will say that I recently purchased the Turtle Beach X52 5.1 headset and am loving it. Purchased from JR.com $40 shipped.
