Mouse Stutters/Freezes -- Exremely High Latency

Hi everyone,

I am at the end of my Latin with my computer. Recently my mouse started lagging and my keyboard repeating the letters i just pushed for about a 50 times. DPC Latency Checker shows over 3000us of latency every 2nd second. Up until now i could solve all the problems by myself but this is a level too far.

Here is my System give or take a few external devices:

Motherboard: ASUSTeK Computer INC. | P6X58D PREMIUM
BIOS: American Megatrends Inc. | Version 0813 | Release Date: 25-May-2010
CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7 | CPU 930 @ 2.80GHz | Calculated Speed: 2,806 MHz
Graphics Card: ATI Radeon HD 5800 Series | Driver Version 8.831.2.0
OS: Windows 7 64 bit
RAM: 3x OCZ Gold 2GB, 2x OCZ Platinum 2GB |Total RAM: 10,232 MB
Internal Drives: 1x Intel SSD 250GB (Windows Installation), 1x WD HDD 1TB
External Drives: 5x WD HDD 1TB -> Connected 5hrough eSATA over Silicon Inamge SATA HUB | 1x USB 3 HDD 3TB

Here is what i have done so far:

TRIED OTHER MOUSE: SAME PROBLEM
TRIED USB WIRED MOUSE: SAME PROBLEM
TRIED PS/2 MOUSE: SAME PROBLEM
CHECKED ALL HARDWARE DRIVERS: OK
DISABLED AND ENABLED MOST HARDWARE: NO CHANGE
RAN VIRUS CHECK: NO VIRUSES FOUND
RAN SPYBOT S&D: NO PROBLEMS FOUND
RAN ADAWARE SE: NO PROBLEMS FOUND
LOOKED AT MALICIOUS TASKS: NOTING EXTRAORDINARY
STOOD AT THE WINDOW WITH THE TOWER IN MY HAND, READY TO THROW: 3 TIMES
THROWN THE TOWER OUT OF THE WINDOW: 0 TIMES(SO FAR)

I don't know what else i can to do to fix this, except for rebuilding the whole system and check step by step = 2 days of work and a lot of patience which i am slowly loosing. I am pretty convinced that it is a problem with a bad driver or a piece of hardware but i cant seem to locate it. I cant use MS-RATTV3 because i run a 64 bit system and i don't know of anything else that would help me diagnose the problem.

If everyone has any tips, ideas or even a solution please post them. I hope there is someone here who can help!

Thanks a lot!

well as you didn't mention if devices are wireless or not, if they are try new batteries then disable startup items 1 at a time to see if it's a software conflict when you id the problem software either uninstall the offender or search online for a patch from the maker of the software

before disabling anything discover what the software should do here
http://www.sysinfo.org/startuplist.php

just because it's 64 bit doesn't mean it's not a computer

i think that you should uninstall and install your operation system once more ,
but before you do that , just try to adjust your : Color's on your screen to 16 BIT , that would give your computer
more breathing time to himself , maybe it's to much for him ,
and you know , microsoft system aren't SO good , and it can be that you have some Bug's implant in your system ,
so , the only thing you didn't do is FORMAT you intire HDD and installing your operation system once more ,

well , i wish you for the best
and good luck

And for the one above me : " nice donkey , it's an E-mule donkey !? lmao " ...
