I have a Philips GoGear 6GB player (HDD1630/17) and starting a couple of days ago when I pluged it in to charge, it did nothing. I have had it for a year and used it almost every day. I am planning on calling the support line but thought I would make a post first because I hate calling those things. If anyone has any ideas, let me know.
IMOHO, if it is still under guarantee, do not touch it. This way you will not void it and your chances of getting a replacement will improve. If it is not in the manual, painful as it might be, call the help line.
