i dont know y bt whenever i boot up, MSN explorer also starts with it. its in c:/program files/msn how do i turn this off?

Id just uninstal msn explorer coz its sucks badly. Get Firefox!

I think he means MSN messenger.

There should be an option somewhere in the preferences to stop it from coming up on login, I don't know where exactly as I stopped using the official MSN client ages ago. If you're interested then check out: http://amsn.sourceforge.net

Just go to start>run>msconfig>startup then find the corresponding entry for it and uncheck the box.

For MSN Messenger ---Go to the main window of MSN Messenger, go to Tools>Options, then go to General Tab, remove tick as appropriate, ie: "Open Messenger main window when messenger starts" & "Allow automatic sig in when connected to the internet"
