As for the port forwarding, first you need to assign your PC a static IP address. Without a static IP, port forwarding will break the first time your PC's address changes. This can either be accomplished by assigning the address from within the PC itself or else, if the router supports it, through a fixed lease in the DCHP settings of your router. The latter scenario is preferrable if your router has such a feature.
Next, you will need to forward the necessary ports on your router to the necessary ports on your PC. The source port will be the actual port you want to show to the outside world, the destination port is the actual open port on your PC which you'd like to map to the source port, and the destination IP is the IP address of your PC.
