I want to buy new 19 inch LCD which LCD is best please help me

1. SAMSUNG 932BW
2. ViewSonic VA1928wm


HDMI support or DVI
Good picture quality
protect eyes

and post about ViewSonic VA1928wm speakers good sound quality or not

my computer mother board is XFX 630i
 
I'd got for the Samsung 932BBW, in general speakers aren't too good on monitors, so always better to use external ones. Also if you can, try having a look at the monitors at your local store to make a better judgment.
