Nero Vision Express [Capture Video] plugins

Hello gang my dumbness calls once again for assistance to the hardwarefoums masters blah blah

i saw on a pc in the libary that this guy was recording the screen (like screenshots) into a video using Nero Vision, where you'd be using a camera to record videos this guy had the "tv screen" on nero showing whole gui windows screen (what he waw on the screen) and he could record it so basically im asking you guys instead of having to embarres myself and ask him *see screeny example ive attached below...

i presume he would of had to install some sort of plugin for this to work with nero any help would be highly apreciated

thanks for your reply, but no this isnt what Im looking for, i tried that program but it seems to only create frames using jpgs and combine them into a file which can only be used with that program, there was no option I could see to convert to AVI, infact i saw nothing on there that seemed the slightest bit of of AVI-like things - like aliens came along and took all avi info away from the face of the planet.. scary

i was looking more along the lines of using Nero Vision Express. I know its a plugin of somesort, but I canny find it

ive downloaded that 2ce now and it wont unpack, and the description doesnt seem to have much info on what it has

bugger it thanks for help tho guys apreciate it.
