New Monitor Or Graphics Card?

Hello there,

I am building a PC with a FX6300, 8GB RAM, 120GB SSD, 1TB HDD. I would like to play games. However, I feel my monitor is limiting me to a very low, poor resolution. Its an old Dell E190s 19" 1280x1024 monitor from 2006. Now, should I:

Get a GTX 750ti, and play games with that and the exisiting monitor until I get a new one

Or..

Get an AOC 21.5" 1080p IPS monitor and don't play games until I get a graphics card.

I'm just really confused what to do. And also, will my iGPU (Radeon 3000) be good enough for 1080p video? Thanks, qwertyK

Get new monitor and play games with iGPU until you get one. That iGPU is good for 1080p videos.

AOC is fine. Most companies buy panels and slap their name on the outside. I've had several AOC flatscreens that have done better than national brands.
