BAD NEWS EVERYONE!!!! :swear: ing NEWEGG declined my order because they said that the billing address on my dads credit card was out side the US!! So then we ordered again, and guess what....thy declined AGAIN (they said it was due to some problem with the credit card number or some :swear: like that) Im through with newegg. now i decided to order from tigerdirect, i heard they were pretty good....but now another problem has arose...they dont have the ocz ram that i want....so i went with the next best alternative... Corsair TWINX Dual Channel 2048MB PC3200 DDR 400MHz Memory (2 x 1024MB).... does anyone know if they are any good?? thanks for the help......dammit.....im soooo pissed of at newegg!!
could try: Overclockers UK Eclipse Computers RL Supplies (dont have a massive range, they're only a small shop) Watford Electronics
Its ok now, everything is sorted out with tiger direct now, my computer should arrive in a couple of days...
Newegg probably declined it to prevent fraud. Last I knew, they only did US orders, and if you're outside of that or the credit card is, they probably declined it because of that. I don't know where you're from, but some companies don't do business outside their own country for whatever reason. I've never had any problems with Newegg, and I know I've spent at least $1k there with all my online purchases.
Yea, I have had nothing but success with Newegg (I even got a free T-shirt from them). But I know they don't ship out of the U.S. so if you don't live in the U.S. which form what you've said you don't, then well, no Newegg.
I understand why newegg may have declined my order cause the billing address was outside the US, but what i dont understand is why they declined the second order made where the billing address was WITHIN the US...
precisely....and by the way, your profile says your location is in the town of rip-off computers...which town is that?
Hemel Hempstead (Hertfordshire) It's kinda near London, there's one computer shop that charges astronomical prices (i'll make a new thread about rip-off shops in the war zone as this is off topic
