Is any difference beetween detonator xp drivers and 41.09_win2kxp drivers ???? which one is better ????what is WDM driver ???

The newer the driver the more fixes it has. Depending on your video card, however, should be how you determine what drivers you use. If you have a GeForce 4, then using the latest and greatest is your best bet. If you have an older GeForce or TNT card, using some older drivers would be better.
