Outlook XP email settings

When opening Outlook it does not 'send & receive' although the email options box is checked to do this. I also have checked the box to check for new emails every 15 minutes but this does not happen. The only way to get/send emails is to use the manual 'send/receive' button.

Any ideas please? :confused:
 
Go into the Send/Receive options, click edit after selecting your account and then make sure "Include The Selected Account In This Group" box is ticked!

Thanks but unfortunately this is ticked. Any other ideas please?
