PC shutdown

A few days ago my pc just shutdown.
I check everything and seemed like it was the power supply./
Changed the power supply and my pc was alive again everything but the videocard signal. The fan was working, so everything else on the motherboard.

Does this meant that the videocard is ruined and need a replacement???
(OK, stupid question)
 
Cheap power supply eh? May have blown your video card. Try it in another PC before jumping to that conclusion
