PC Upgrade: Is it worth it?

    If you're looking for audio production or using the system as a home theater setup as well as a gaming box. If not, you might want to save your money. For most people, the box isn't necessary, but some people do make use of it. It's cool, but I've never had a need for one. On the flip side, $100 for a Creative card with a breakout box is a pretty sweet deal. Just understand that you'll be waiting 2-3 months for the rebate check to come in.

    i would get it if i were you, i've always wanted a break out box.

    sorry about all these sound card questions.

    one more i promise

    Is the remote any good?
    Ive heard some mixed reviews about it working great to not working at all.

    well.... for watching movies, it would be better than adjusting it manually, but if you play games, the manual volume adjuster would be a better choice. overall, it's not something you would use all the time, but it's good to have it there just in case.

    Sorry its been so long
    I will have to get back to you guys when i have enough Money to buy it all
    Im going to go with the creative 2 minus the break out box
    its simply cheaper
