Problem with Dell 1950FP 19 inches

My Dell 1950FP LCD got a problem, the power button is kinda stuck, look like the rubber pad behind it is not in the right possition. Now i want to open the LCD to fix it, i saw there are 4 screws behind the LCD, i remove it out, but still no clue to open this LCD, anyone help me please! Thanks.
 
We can't really do anything about it. If you post photos of it then we may be able to help you.
