i am upgrading my friends AGP pc it has 768mb ram and i want to play Rise And Fall which needs DX9 gpu cards

does anyone know which AGP gpu will be sattisfactory to play DX9 games with good framerate, my budget is £30 - £60 i was looking at the Sapphire X1300 256MB DDR AVIVO TV-Out/DVI (AGP) - Retail (GX-119-SP) which is around 60 quid wot u think any suggestions greatful

Most RPG/RTS games aren't terribly GPU intensive, so the X1300 should work fine. You may find a GeForce 6600/6600GT in that price range as well, which would have a little bit more grunt.
