Quizzes

it may just be me, but on a couple of occasions now i've tried adding a new quiz to the database, and the page just "loops" itself. i cant get past the first screen, its really odd.

any one else experience this?

edit - i tried again, add 1st question and get error message "Could not find phrase 'quiz_submitted'."

any ideas?
