Recommended graphics card for M3N78 PRO

I'm looking to upgrade my graphics card (currently Nvidia Geforce 8400 GS). Processor is AMD Athlon 64 X2 dual core 6000+, 3GHz and I have 2GB of RAM (on Windows XP). My budget is flexible but I don't want to spend much more than £70-80 ($115-130); I don't want a top of the range card, just one that'll let me play most games without a problem at 1024x768. For a card in that price range I would go for either an ATI 5770 or 6770 (same card but I guess the 6770 has some kind of blue ray features/support). They seem to be nice cards and should be able to play with high settings on most games with resolution of 1024x768. If you want to stick with Nvidia card, I think one of the Geforce GTS 450s would be comparable to the ATI ones. From the charts and articles I have seen, the ATI 5770 gets just a few frames per second more than the GTS450 at hight resolutions, but at lower resolutions I think they would be about equal. Either should work for what you are looking for, and the prices range from 99 dollars to 120 dollars, depending on the amount of ram, vendor, etc.
