:s 8 pipelines on x1900 series?

i decided to go to product comparison on ATI, i compared x800xt pe with x1900xtx and xt, and ATI is showing the x1900 series to only have 8 pixel pipelines, is this true?

Yeah really, though if they could up it to 20 they'd really be a force to reckon with. Guess they value the pixel shaders themselves more, having 48 after all.

Yea, that is a fiarly impressive number of pixel shaders. Oh well, I don't have that much money so it doesn't trouble me too much.

I don't either, not by a long shot, and unless 3Dmark 06 is yourthing go with a 7800GTX and you'll be happier is how I look at it.
