Thats the same as my s-video out. No RGB on mine unfortunately.
Its because the composite and s-video are on the same adapter. Heres a pinout....

I take it you have to set RGB with the drivers? Is your adapter the one with RGB, S-video and composite on a little box? I might have to get an ATI for the HTPC I want to build.
