I haven't seen any really good anime in a while, so I'm looking for something to fill the void. I've heard that Samurai Champloo is excellent, and I'm already a big Watanabe fan. Can anybody vouch for the series before I pay to be dissapointed? It's hard to profile anime without fansubs. :x:

I love it.

Volume 1 was reviewed in one of my recent roundups, over here. I should have Volume 2 up before too long.

Yeah, I don't think I'll be doing anymore ANR's. Just extra work for a buncha 1-page reviews. And don't forget the Series Reviews sticky at the top. 70+ DVD's reviewed...and to think, I'm not married for some reason. :p
