That isn't enough information I am afraid. But what I might suggest is:
Disable native SATA mode in the BIOS. Windows might be able to see the hard disk and install then. Once installed, go to the motherboard manufacturer's website and download and install the SATA controller drivers. Then restart and re-enable SATA native mode.
Failing that, download and install nLite, copy your Windows installation CD to your hard drive, download the SATA drivers and use nLite to "slipstream" the drivers into the installation CD. Then burn a new installation CD.
