That isn't enough information I am afraid. But what I might suggest is:
Disable native SATA mode in the BIOS. Windows might be able to see the hard disk and install then. Once installed, go to the motherboard manufacturer's website and download and install the SATA controller drivers. Then restart and re-enable SATA native mode.
Failing that, download and install nLite, copy your Windows installation CD to your hard drive, download the SATA drivers and use nLite to "slipstream" the drivers into the installation CD. Then burn a new installation CD.

First make sure the controller your hard drive is on is enabled. Second, have it as the first boot device for right now.
Now, if your drive is on a 3rd party RAID controller, you will probably need to provide a floppy disk with drivers on them. Some controllers may allow you to set the RAID controller in a non-RAID mode, which is what you should do if you're not employing the RAID function itself.
