srry if this is done before but AMD v Intel?

    i dont know if there is actualy a answer to this but what is better AMD or intel.
    as i see it i think for the older processors amd win but i dont think any amd now wins after the core 2 duos. please correct me if im wrong

    In the Pentium 4/D era, AMD's Athlon was a better buy, as it did more work per clock than the Pentium, which was designed to scale to high frequencies. It did that, but at the cost of performance. Intel took a second look and came out with the Core 2, which does perform much better for the money.

    So, yes, you are correct that currently, Intel has the better chip. However, as it's been shown, that isn't always the case. There isn't one company that's always the best all the time, and to say otherwise is either out of ignorance or fanboy-ism.
