Hey all, In windows XP my start menu, specifically the "all programs" list is all over the place. I know the order that the items are listen in is definitely the order in which they were installed. I recently wiped viruses out of a friend's computer and noticed all of her items were listed alphabetically. Is there any way i can arrange the items in "all programs" under the Start menu to be listed alphabetically? I have a ton of progs installed and its annoying to go all the way to the program files folder just to find the exe and i hate having a billion and 1 icons on my desktop. Thanks in advance. edit* sorry guys i'm a jackass, i just rightclicked on the menu and there it was "sort by name" i can't believe i right clicked on every other menu except the actual programs themselves. I was gonna delete this post but perhaps someone has overlooked the same option i did.
