Some of you here may be familiar with the 2 tiny switches present on ATi graphics cards labeled "on" and "ke" at one end and "1" and "2" at the other.
A few years ago when I bought a ATi radeon X800 XT it came with instructions for setting these switches with a sharp pencil for UK use.
All subsequent ati cards I have bought have had the same switches but have been sealed with a clear plastic film and no instructions on settng them.
Does anyone know anything about these switches and whether they still need to be set based on location? I can find no information about them on the Ati website or anywhere else.
