oh, right. I thought that was something to do with FaceBook as upon clicking "Like" browser starts transfer from FB so i stopped it, because i'm paranoid about FB, so presumably FB is safe ?

There is a FB like button in the footer of the page but the "Like" link in the bottom right corner of each post has nothing to do with FB.
