The HD4850 by ATI

I want to buy a ATI HD 4850, but need a new PSU at the same time. After talking to a lot of people and getting a lot of advice, I have come across these two:

Arctic Power 700W PSU - With PCI-E, 4x SATA, 20+4, ATX12V, 8pin +12V Connectors - Retail Boxed - Ebuyer

XFX HD 4850 1GB DDR3 Dual DVI HDCP HDTV out PCI-E Graphics Card - Ebuyer

Will the PSU above be enough to power the card? and the PSU comes with one PCI-E connector, right?

Sorry if this seems a bit of an easy question, but I've been googling and asking everywhere, and I just need some reassurance that I'm making the right buy!:chk:

The PSU will power the card, but personally I wouldn't trust an unknown, cheap brand like that to power my expensive computer hardware. You're much better off spending the extra pennies on something like:

Coolermaster 500W Extreme Passive PFC PSU - £41.40

500W will be enough power for your system and the 4850, and you're less likely to have your PSU blow up on you.
 
go for a well known brands such as Enermax, Corsair, OCZ etc. cheap brands don't last long and are always well below the stated output.
