So I just recently swapped cards and I do not get any performance gains at all. In some games it's even worse...
Here are my specs:

I installed the latest drivers (169.21) and everything...
I need some insight on this. I first thought my PSU would be in cause as it's only a 300W one putting 18.0A on the +12V rail.
