How can I do that on my video card ATI Radeon 7000 series Gigabyte GV-R7064T ?

Can I use a converter or any other device, if so what you guys recommended. I go through the user manual and the official web site, no any luck.

Help appreciate. Thanks...

Two monitors? Hmmm...that's a new one. Logically, I don't see why it wouldn't work. I'm not aware of a TV-out (likely S-Video on the card) to VGA or DVI converter, but it should work.

IF both displays are connected and detected, they should show up under Display Settings under the Settings Tab. From there, you can fiddle with the controls for both displays.

I'm assuming you're using Windows 2000 or XP (although this could apply to Vista).

I used WinXP Pro. Actually I want to find converter for that TV out, to use it as a monitor out. Do you know such any device.

Not off hand, but seeing the things available, it wouldn't surprise me to see such a device.

Most video card's with TV out use S-Video or a breakout box and I think your card has the latter. That converter is professional grade, which tends to mean a higher cost, plus it uses a composite connection, which you'd need to have an additional converter to work with that unit.

An also I heard that s-video out on VGA is not in higher quality. Is that right. And also I can bye a new dual monitor support VGA for a low cost.

I haven't really compared S-Video and VGA that closely, so I'm not sure.
You can buy a second video card and plug an additional monitor into that. Dual monitors doesn't require a video card that supports two displays at once.
