I think this precedence case filing has been dismissed, unfortunately. Thanks for the link!

Xeno is slick, although I don't know about the admin side of things. I also like vBulletin (I've had experience with it on both sides). I'm not too crazy about phpBB so far as the control, although if it's free like I remember, that's certainly a good price if one is starting out with a forum of their own.
