video capture with radeon 9600

Can I capture video from my vcr (connecting via s-video) with an ati radeon 9600? My particular card is Sapphire Radeon 9600 Atlantis.

The s-video port on graphics cards are outputs I believe, so you can't capture video from the card.

You'd have to have the All-In-Wonder to capture video I believe.
