Video Issues

When i play a game that takes up the whole screen it and then quit and try to play a video/clip/movie the color is messed up and i always have to restart my computer in order for it to play normal again.. any ideas why?
 
yeah, its a driver issue, if you already have the latest driver, i would re-install it, and that should take care of the issue
