    Hello,
I have installed Windows Vista. I have bought a second hard drive and installed Windows XP onto it. When I rebooted it, the second hard drive is not detected in Vista.
I was hoping to use this program
Download EasyBCD 1.6 - NeoSmart Technologies
to allow for a dual-boot. But Vista does not detect the hard drive.

I was following the instructions here:
How to dual boot Vista and XP (with Vista installed first) -- the step-by-step guide | APC Magazine
Also, both of the hdds are SATA if that makes any difference.

you can't switch to xp on vista itself, usually you have to choose between xp or vista after POST.
