hi

i am looking into getting a vista home prem laptop and i wonder if office 2005 would work on vista or if i will have to fork out for office 2007 Thanks
 
Very true Dambuster but it would get dazza up and running also anything saved in Oo is compatible with Windows 2003 & 2007 as i have 2007 now and had used 2003 + Oo, but i must say 2007 is :cool:
 
agreed, MSO 2007 is brill... I just haven't found how I can generate a table of contents... it's quite different from MSO 2003.
 
Hi Dambuster :)

Word 2007 the tool bar "now called the Ribbon" now learns which tools you use most often and serves them up without you even having to ask. It's a welcome change from hunting through endless menus and submenus, as you had to in earlier editions i have not had Microsoft Office 2007 long and i am still learning but i am beginning to think Microsoft have got it right with this software package. hi thanks for all the replys they were all very helpful in the end i managed to get office 2007 off a friend for free guess i just wont have to install the updates for office. ill buy it when it comes down in price abit all i use it for is my college work cheers again
 
:eek: For free ! good friend !, but you will need the updates for office as some are security updates hun :)
