I am looking for someones opinion on what would be minimum requirements to run aero effect or compiz fully . I recently purchased the gigabyte radeon 4550 . it's ddr3 600mhz 512mb . hoping that this will help when i am using the record session to make tutorial videos of compiz . I noticed with just my on-board radeon 4200 it would lag when recording . I am not a gamer . Just want to have a great card for compiz , aero effects ' etc... any thoughts ?? is the radeon 4550 sufficient for my needs ??? any thoughts ? thx
