I have a Tyan S2665, i7505 MB w/1x 18gb 15k, 2x 78gb 10k SCSI HD drives, the 18gb is zero, then the 78gb one and two respectively. And the WD 120gb IDE and SG 160gb IDE are used for storage.
On the inital build, I was able to get XP to see all three SCSI's (used to be 4, the two 18's for a RAID), I have the 18gb as the boot drive, then the 2x 78gb's for movie storage ripping/burnnig then the two IDE's for storage. Then had to reload XP..............:O
In bios, the Tyan MB see's all three SCSI's but XP is being blind and won't see the two 78gb's. The three SCSI's are all on the same cable with a terminator on the end near the 18gb.
Any ideas and help would be most welcomed. To get the one 18gb SCSI to work, I reset the CMOS jumper then it finally worked, but not the two 78's SCSI's.
