I have an ASUS Geforce 2 Pro AGP graphics card. For some reason this card only seems to work with very old detonater drivers. Any drivers within the last year cause it to lock up during a bunch of different games. Does anyone have any idea what could be causing this or how to fix it.

I just bought a new 8 port 10/100 switch. Both of the computers on my network use 10/100 nics. When i look at the status of each connection they both say 100mbs for the speed. I am using cat5 cables. But the transfer rate is still as slow as my old 10mbs hub. Any ideas?

I ended up using the player that comes with divx instead of windows media player. There is a setting there that lets you turn down the quality for smoother playback.

I have a slow cdrom drive in my laptop. When i play divx files from cds the playback is choppy. Is there anyway to increase the buffer on a cdrom drive so that playback would be smoother?

I got a Sony 32X cd burner about a year ago. I have tried using Nero and Roxio Easy CD Creator but I still get painfully slow burn times at 32X. Roughly 16-20min to burn a full cd. Are sony burners just crap or does anyone have any ideas. This happens no matter what brand of cdr i use. The...
