it should work. i can't give you the guarantee. the point is you need line-in to hear your ps3 sound from your laptop speakers. i'm not sure why you even want to do this but this would be the logical way. spdiff from ps3 is output and then it need to go into some kind of input which would be...

does you laptop have line-in input? mic ports generally provide some power down the socket to power the microphone whereas the linein port doesn't have this. the mic port also is a lot more sensitive, a very low level input where as linein is a line level input. you could get this to have...

    Reformatting XP

win98 se cd's are bootable in the cd drive so there is no need for a floppy. once in the dos environment with fat32 parition and formatted you can then copy xp cd onto a folder in that drive and run from there. the difference is that something might be causing the cd drive to not respond/work...

Identify 20/24 pin connector 12V lines on PSU after they have been cut?

you could also get a lower power amp used off craigslist cheap and just power one sub. i think each of your subs require 400w rms for optimal sound quality. so even if you got an amp that put out 200-300w rms it would still push it. a little underpowered but wont be so bad if you set the gains...

Identify 20/24 pin connector 12V lines on PSU after they have been cut?

well i think the amp just requires this power to even begin to work. you could have the gains all the way down and not even have the wires from the sub connected and it will still trip into protect without the right power amount. (at least in my experience) do you live in a place where bumping...

why don't games just use their own operating system?

that is an interesting question. thing is i don't know much about macs to say what it exactly is. imo obviously pc will out-do the mac in the gaming industry so there is little incentive to create compatibility with mac. what is it something like 90% pc and the rest goes to mac/linux... they...

Identify 20/24 pin connector 12V lines on PSU after they have been cut?

okay i see what your saying. besides resistance, are all the ground wires interconnected? i was saying you could use continuity check to differentiate between the ground wires if they are on separate line. for example all the 5v ground wires if all interconnected will sound off any way they are...
